    Designing and building original statement pieces is our love and our passion. We have consciously assembled a diverse team of artists and craftspeople who exhibit the special skills needed to create and fine tune your one-of-a-kind piece. They do so in the spirit of true camaraderie at our spacious custom furniture production facility outside Cleveland, Ohio. And they do so using the highest quality materials to ensure each work of art remains as functional as it is beautiful for years and years to come.

  • About CVCF

    Sheldon Myeroff founded Chagrin Valley Custom Furniture in 2013 as a way to stay active, do what he loved to do, and exercise his creativity following his retirement in 2018. Little did he know then that the basement he called his workshop would evolve into a 6000 square foot production facility with some of the country’s best designers and furniture-makers – all staying active, doing what they love to do, and exercising their creativity day in and day out. Watch How Lumber is Harvested Sustainably for Use in Furniture

Sheldon Myeroff, President of CVCF, ventures deep into the forest to survey the harvesting of wood that is used in his authentic custom furniture. The Forest Service has marked trees that need to be cut down for the health of the whole ecosystem. Thinning the forest allows sunlight to reach the smaller trees so they can grow. Once felled, the tree is marked in sections for cutting into slabs at the sawmill.
